What are they set to? If you've got em maxed out, you'll be at positive camber and handling will be marginally effected. Keep in mind compressing the spring will change ride characteristics as well.

Well my problem to begin with is that i had the aftermarket bumper put on it was sagging but no vibration. after they were installed it vibrated. Got it aligned and thought it was going to go away, and got the tires re-balanced and come to find out that that was not it. I have it on the highest setting. The ride is perfect just still has vibration. WTF

I DONT KNOW HOW TO REALLY EXPLAIN IT.... IT ALMOST FEELS LIKE THE TIRES WOULD BE OFF BALANCE JUST A TAD IN THE FRONT BUT I KNOW FOR SURE THAT, THAT IS NOT IT.

    sounds like driveshaft angle.

Does it vibrate a lot accelerating from a full stop?

IT DOES VIBRATE A LITTLE BIT ON TAKE OFF BUT THEN GOES AWAY AROUND 50MPH. I HAVE BEEN TOLD I COULD DO THE DRIVESHAFT DROP OR NEW HALF SHAFTS. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

I had the same issues after I put my first lift on. If I were you id look into replacing the U-joints and getting a drive shaft drop to correct the angle. Your driveshaft is a two piece driveshaft and you want it as strait as possible. My truck is only a year older than yours but I have had a u-joint fail on me while driving and my driveshaft fell off my truck. When I replaced all the ujoints ($120) all vibes went away too. This was after getting a spacer fabricated. You can check my build for pictures of what im talking about.

Its best to have a driveshaft shop install the u-joints because its easy to loose the needle bearings inside the joints. Most times you can just unbolt the driveshaft and take it to a shop and it will take a day or two to get it back. Heres some pics of what happened to me and what han happen to you if you don't replace your u-joints...

I removed the driveshaft and took it to a shop to get all three u-joints changed.

Here's when I got it back

As for the spacer, it corrects the driveshaft angle. Usually mounts between the carrier bearing. Like this..

    Hope that helps....

bout $120. Not to bad really.

I had a shop make the spacer for about $60. I do urge that you get the driveshaft spacer because you will keep damaging your u-joints if the driveshaft angle isn't corrected.

Are you 4x4? The diff drops don't do anything for the 2nd gens. More of a gimmick.

As for it being level, Id suggest lowering the front to the 1.75 setting. If you are 4x4, that much lift can cause your CV boots to rub eachother causing the boot to rip and spread grease everywhere. When that happens, people just end up replacing the whole axle because its such a chore to get to that boot.

Heres a picture to explain better. The boot tears because the individual fins rub eachother since the cv angle is greater (due to the lift)

OK YES IT IS 4X4 THE CVS ARE NOT LEAKING YET BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN THEY WONT IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I THINK ILL TRY TO DROP IT DOWN 1 NOTCH BEFORE I GOT MESSING WITH THE DRIVESHAFT!:D
