I was looking at the site and i was wondering about this kit... I was wondering if the add a leaf in this kit is for the TSB or non TSB?

I have another question....I have the rear leaf TSB done. Would it be ok to put the toytec add a leaf even though its not made for the TSB?

Yes It can be done. I think you have to turn the leaf 180 degrees (so the back of the leaf is in the front of the leaf pack) to get it to line up. Trimming the leaf is also an option IIRC.
