03 lift with just a-arm spacer and blocks in rear??

    Cousin told me I could out a arm spacers on front and blocks in rear and it will ride fine. He's done it to a old fourunner he has and runs 39's o. It and said it rides fine. Just would like some other opintions in this, since I don't know much about suspension lifts.
