Please help. 2014 suspension on 2007?

Hey guys I'm in negotiations on a 2014 Tacoma from the dealer. I have a 2007 now. I have bilstien 3 inch lift, and LR UCA's on my 2007 that I want on the 2014 I'm going to more than likely purchase. I have all my stuff from the swap I think aside from nuts and bolts. (Is there any reason we couldn't put the stock suspension off the 2014 tacoma on the 2007 and put my lift on the new one?) any info much appreciated I'm in a bind, I just don't want the dealer lying to me.

Ok dealer is trying to say the back springs or some crap are different. He is low balling me on trade and wanting to keep my wheels and lift. Not happening.

 

Is he talking about backspacing?

What garbage is he feeding you so we can determine what he means?

 

He didn't say, he just said that the rear springs or leafs or something wouldn't fit. I just thought it would be easier for them to swap the suspensions that way. I think he is just trying to Jew me out of my wheels and lift.

 

All that shit is swappable, same uppers/lowers/spindles as far as model specific, & he's absolutely full of shit with reference to springs in rear
