I only wanted 2 inches of lift in the front. I got 2-1/2 on driver side and 2-3/4 on passenger side. I used a center punch to twist the adjustment ring. It works very well. Here are the measurements center hub to fender. I measured and marked the hub's center to make sure I measure the height to the same exact point on the hub. This is with 1/2 tank of gas.

    Front
Driver side front: before 19-3/4, after 22-1/4, after adjusting down two turns 21-3/4. There are now 11 threads from the adjustment ring to the shock top.

    Front
Passenger front: before 20, after 22-3/4, after adjusting down three turns 21-7/8. There are now 10 threads from the adjustment ring to the shock top.

I removed the factory overload leaf.
Driver side rear: before 21-7/8, after 23-3/4.
Passenger rear: before 22-1/8, after 23-7/8.

I had an alignment, but it is still squirmy on the highway at 60mph. I'm going to drive it over some roof gravel roads this weekend, readjust the front If needed, and get another alignment at a different place Monday.

How's the drive? I need to wait until after the next alignment to get a better feel. I did go over a low water bridge at 50. I usually slow to 30 in the Tacoma and slow to 20 in the Rav-4. I could hear the tires hitting the transition between the blacktop and the concrete of the bridge, but I felt nothing: no dip, no bump, no bounce. There is no front dip with hard braking. It raining right now, so I don't have a good pictures of finished truck.

I got the same lift installed last week but with a whole new leaf pack in the rear and the resivor shocks. Mine rides great and I have it at 3 inches. The coils should take some time to settle. I would wait a couple weeks for them to settle. Then adjust agian and get another illignment. Goodluck.

Which leaf pack did you get, and how much lift did you get in the back?

Sway bars are for pussy's.....I've had to avoid plenty of stuff on the freeway's and as long as you know what you're doing you're fine. It's not a sports car and should be driven like a truck anyways.

Don't be scared, a sway bar won't save your life!

OP - Most likely your alignment is not ideal. It may be in "spec" but you'll want caster in the 2-3* range with toe and camber being as close to 0 as possible. I tell the shop exactly the numbers I want and to show me the sheet but they usually invite me back so I can check.

Here are some before and after pictures. The before pictures were taken in March. The after were taken today, May 30.
This is 2 inches in the front and 1-3/4 in the rear.

I have an appointment Monday for the alignment. Also a follow up to the ride. My wife and I went out to eat at our favorite Mexican restaurant. On the way home she mentioned she couldn't tell much difference in the ride. I said wait. As I approached the above mentioned low water bridge, I sped up to 70. She took a deep breath, grabbed the door handle with her right hand and grabbed the take out box from the restaurant with her left. We crossed the bridge. She released her breath and said WOW! There you have it: wife approved. I am still waiting until after the alignment before I give my honest opinion.
