So it seems like the previous owner lifted the rear of the truck (and maybe the front, but I'm not sure, maybe you guys can tell?) and kept the oem bilsteins.

My question is if I need to change to longer shocks due to the rear lift, and what I need to do to the front to level it out (I do like the slightly taller profile). It seems like the forward rake is pretty extreme, maybe he hauled a lot of stuff or something... It seems like the rear suspension is extra harsh, especially when the rear comes crashing down after a speed bump or something.

I daily drive the truck, do light offroading, and will occasionally load my motorcycle in it or with a hitch carrier, so I don't need the highest performance parts or most expensive solution, but also do not want to cheap out and cut corners.

What do you guys recommend I do and with what parts?

    Thanks for any help guys

Snap some photos of the overall truck as well as suspension components and put them in here... We need to be able to see what you've got going on before we can advise you.

Post some pictures of the front shocks/coils.

But looks 100% stock to me.

looks to me like the rake is normal and I don't see any lift blocks or AALs. If you want to level it out you can buy some bilstein 5100s all around and do the middle setting for the front. In the process your ride should be better.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
I think there is an AAL in the rear leaf packs. I count 4 leafs plus the overload for a total of 5 leafs which I don't think toyota so came with 5 leafs in any of the tacoma packs.
