3" Bilstein lift. Black 4" running boards.
I'm thinking about adding a couple of inches to my 05 SR5 RWD Taco 63k miles to level it off. I want to know what would be better to do. Either adding a 2 to 2.5" leveling kit added to current suspension, or maybe relplace the front shocks with Bilstein 5100's? I want to go the less expensive route, but I know the shocks will eventually need to be replaced. Will the Bilstein's alone add 2.5" of lift on my truck without adding a leveling kit? Or should I just add a 2.5" leveling kit and worry about the shocks some other time? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
