I'm wanting to buy a 3/4 steel block and longer u bolts that Beefed Taco (a member on this forum) makes for the rear and bilstein 5100s set at 1.75 for the front with the .25 inch spacer for the driver side and put some 275 65 18 duratracs on my 06 4x4 dc. If i get vibrations from the front i would buy the bushing that ecgs makes for the differential vibes. If i get drive line vibes buy a carrier bearing drop. I wanted to know if all this sounds right and also is there anything else I would need to do? Would I need extended brake lines or anything like that? Also do you think a 3/4 block would level it out with the billies at 1.75....I don't have the tsb. Sorry for all the questions, I'm trying to figure out what all I'm going to need.

And another question I had was would i need to buy the bilstein extended shocks for the rear? I read somewhere that you are supposed to have at least 2 inches of lift in the rear for the bilstein extended shocks to be used.

Buy a aal instead of a block. Your shocks should be fine with only 3/4 inch lift in the rear.

What's worse about a small block than an aal? I know bigger blocks aren't as good but do you think 3/4 will be bad at all? I didn't think it would just because it is so small
