    Hey Guys,

Recently went to have some All-Pro Leafs, U-Bolt Flip, and Fox Reservoir's installed and ran into a snag. Wanted to know if anyone else has issues with this set-up.

Problem: When my suspension is cycled/flexed it appears the plate on the flip kit is going to make contact with the reservoir on the shocks. The shocks are Part #982-02-366-A (Piggybacks).

I had everything installed at The Truck Shop, so I really trust their judgment on this one. Wanted to see if anyone else has seen this? I know Fox changed their resi's in 2014 so I'm not sure how that has effected fitment.

Here is a picture of the shocks off of the truck (currently not installed).

Any pictures of when they were installed and hitting the flip kit?

Unfortunately I do not which I guess will make it hard to answer my question.

I have no issues with my non adjustable pickyback shocks, but the resi sits about 1" higher.

Can you/they run a line from the shock to the resi to mount them to the frame instead?

    For example:

I have no issues with my non adjustable pickyback shocks, but the resi sits about 1" higher. I was told they "may" make contact, basically I would be the guinea pig. Although I thought this was a relatively common setup.

Who told you they may make contact? The distributor of the shocks or the shop that did the install?

The shop. SD Truck Shop in Mira Mesa, possible he was just trying to cover his ass just in case. I was just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this.

    Check the build thread.
I would flex it out to see for sure, otherwise you will never know.

You could always add some bumpstops/limit straps to limit it also before making contact... if in fact it does make contact.

But before this thread goes any further I think you need to find out if you even have a problem :D

I guess I was trying to find a solution without actually installing, would make it cheaper for me considering I'm not doing this myself.

I agree I probably should try it first, just thought maybe someone could have gone through this already and could put my mind to ease.

Thanks or the feedback I guess I will install and go from there, All-Pro was already helpful in answering my questions and assured me they will be okay (called them like 20 mins ago)
