Spacer Lift Ride Question

Is there anyone on here who thinks that the spacer lifts ride just fine? Im just curious, because i see EVERYONE on all of the forums saying dont do the spacer lift its too stiff. Well I had one forever, i have installed at least 30 on tacomas and never heard a complaint, nor a complaint on the other 100 or so ive installed on random other trucks. Just curious if anyone else doesnt mind the ride quality of the spacers?

I have the Revtek and I didn't really notice any difference from stock, except of course being 3" higher in the front and 1.5" rear.

I'm getting coilovers within a year, not because I don't like the Revtek but because the coilovers can take more abuse.

 

I just installed the ToyTec 3" spacer on mine a few days ago and I love the way it rides. A little firmer than stock, but still a nice ride. I think it still rides better than my stock 07 Z71 I traded for the taco.....A lot of my driving is done on unpaved roads. To me, it feels just right....

 

well thats nice to see, personally i know that they ride fine with a good alignment because ive driven at least 100 of them. It just makes me wonder why there is this whole "spacers are bad!" attitude on the forums....

 

I think a lot of people hate the spacers because they wear out stuff quicker. I personally love mine, got me 3" of lift. I am switching it to a pro comp stage 1 just because I want to be higher than all the other 2nd gen taco's in this town that have the same lift I do right now.

 

I have a 2.5" spacer lift on my 06 DC TRD and I love it. It rides just a well as it did prior and looks excellent. I have taken it off roading as well and NO problems. Here is the kicker, I just bought a FULL set of Bilstein 5100's, so my 3 month old spacer is probably going to go but I have NO complaints. In fact, if I had not needed new shocks, I would keep it.
