Who uses billies 5100 all around on stock springs? any complaint?
I'm trying to level the truck and add a small lift as well to install 18" wheels. I like the look of 1.5 lift in front. Ive never lifted a truck before so Im a total nooby.
    Help and recommendations greatly appreciated.

What truck you got? Go check out some other threads. You won't find many who will tell you to go for blocks. You can level the truck with bilsteins in the front, you can fit 18's depending on tire size

i'm running 5100's all around(purchased from downsouth motorsports)fronts are set @.85,first notch past stock,i'm on "tsb" leafpack on the rear...the truck is solid and stable and actually handles better than stock, but it can be a tad rough on bad city streets,on smooth interstate it's really nice...I've seen non-lifted tacomas on 18's at the dealership lot, just can't get crazy with the tire size, originally I got a tad more than .85 lift from the 5100's,i didn't want to cut to clearance tires so I stayed with the stock size(265-65-17),and yeah, they look puny, but they don't rub.

What size tires are you trying to run?

I haven't heard many complaints about 5100s on stock coils. Heaps better that a level/spacer lift..

They use these guys for installs:

    http://www.autopractor.com

Could always hit up Joe, the owner of Chitown 4x4 and see if he would be willing to host a mod day. Bring your own tools or ask someone to bring some tools you need and we can lend you a hand :D

Depending on how your truck sits, leveling it out will take setting fronts at .85 or 1.75. Either one works with stock coils and the ride won't be sacrificed. As far as tire size, I don't know about the width, depends on the wheel offset I guess.
