I just installed 5100's and 885's this weekend on my 4cyl. Acc. Cab and have about 100 miles on it so far. The back got dakars and icon 2.0 resis. Took the sway bar off and will leave it off as it doesn't seem to increase body roll much with the 885's. Truck is firmer than stock, maybe bordering on stiff, but not harsh. I actually like it better than stock, but the stock set up had 81k on it. Between the snow still in the bed and various other junk there is probably about 150 lbs. back there.

Also installed camburg ball joint UCA's with the lift and now that the truck is aligned she drives as well as before, maybe slightly better.

FWIW I just added 5100's (set at zero) and the 1.6" eibachs to my 2013 DCSB4X4 and got about 1.75" of lift (2" on the driver's side including 1/4" spacer).

About 2 weeks ago. I wouldn't mind if they settle down to 1.5"-1.6", probably wouldn't even notice.

I had ordered the Eibach's, ended up getting sent OME 885's. Glad I got them actually so I didn't have to pre load my 5100 to give me the 2.5 inches I was wanting. Ride quality is still really good, feels just a tad stiffer, but still great.

Funny you should ask. I just picked my truck up from the alignment shop today. Just finished installing a whack load of parts over the weekend. The alignment tech, who is a buddy that I actually trust to touch my vehicles couldn't get caster in to spec. He got camber and toe even and at 0* but couldn't get caster over 1.1*. I just finished installing new LCA assemblies and the MOOG problem solver camber bolts. Looks like some new UCAs are in my future.
At least with camber and toe at 0* I'm not too worried about abnormal tire wear. And honestly it actually doesn't drive too bad. I'm mostly in city mind you though. I took it on the highway on the way home just to try it out and I could notice a bit of wandering once I got up to speed but city driving it really felt okay. At least okay enough to keep driving it. Gives me some reassurance while I save up the cash.

Ya, I'm okay with it for while until I can spring for the Light Racing UCAs. I'm pretty sure that will be all I'm going to need. My truck rarely sees off-road conditions harsher than a gravel road. At least you were able to get your caster in the green! My alignment guy gave me the choice of leaving camber and toe at 0* and being under spec on caster or give up some camber to get caster on the bottom end of spec. I went for the 0*s.

I guess it makes sense though. I ended up getting a bit more lift than I expected with the 885x coils. after replacing the lower control arms and everything else I'm measuring almost 3" over what I was.

Me too. Very happy with them. The 2" balanced out my General packs in the rear enough so that I kept the factory stance.

Gonna need some UCA's, same as what the others are reporting, casters run out of adjustment. Mine aligned well, and drives good, but UCA's are the next thing on my list to get the correct alignment.

Hey i know I'm a little late to this thread, but id love some input!! I have an 03 Xtra cab v6 with a tube bumper (little bit more weight than stock) and I'm getting the 5100s (gonna set at 0") with OME coils. I want to know if i should get the 884s or 885s, and with/without the spacer. I want to achieve a 2.5"-3" front lift and then ill level out the back with probably a 1"-1.5" lift. Ill probably end up buying some LR UCAs because of the lift, but if anyone has some info on the combos that'd be great!

id prefer a smoother ride, which i know is hard with a 2.5"-3" lift, but any information you have on this id love to hear!!

884s for a first gen with bumper and you will most likely need ucas, get 883s if you want to avoid ucas and should get about 2"+ a little
