    the silver ones

EDIT: you should be able to find it cheaper though because you dont need those coils. you can just use the stock coils and save about 150 bucks

I just installed Rancho quicklifts on my 12 sport. It's a real easy install. They come completely assembled with the strut/coil, and lift it about 2.5-3" depending on the truck. They have a ride comfort adjustable from 1-9 ranging from soft to hard. Together for the set of 2 it's about 340. But it's well worth it I think for ease of installation, and smoothness of ride. Seems like Alot of people on here sweat by the billies and not many people talk about the quicklifts.. But had em on my Chevy Silverado, and now my Tacoma. I'm running 295/75/16s which is about a 34" tire with no rubbing at all

That's a spacer in the front. Looks like 2" maybe :notsure:

I'd go OME between the two

I'd personally go with the OME kit, they're better than the adjustable billys and not much more. Remember though, it's recommended to get new UCA's if you lift more than 2" up front. Both kits will give you about 2.5-3" so look into some UCA's as well. Light Racing and cheap and will work just fine

The billie 5100 that are paired up with the adjustable fronts are approx an inch or a bit more longer than the stock shocks. Another taco owner i know used to run stock rears with a dakr leaf pack which topped them out constantly, but the dakars as we know give more lift. Anyway, best to do it right the 1st time!

To the OP, i ran a full OME lift, it was ok but not a miracle that all the web wheelers think it is, i ran fox on another truck, way nicer. if ur gonna spend that much take it a step further and get fox 2.0 up front, an add a leaf and fox 2.0 rears. The fox stuff rides way better and is height adjustable u front....

Haha! No sir. Can crank the wheel either side with no rubbing. no modifications other than the rancho quicklifts. And I just looked up the specs for the tire, it's 33.6" tall. So I apologize, not quite a 34, but close!

Ok so depending on funds is it ok to do the aal first then month or so later do the front. Also I don't really want to do the uca so I guess the billies are ok if I only adjust up to the 2 or 2-1/2" mark?

yup, do the rear now and front after is perfectly fine. if you start with just the add a leaf you can add rear shocks later if you find you need them.

at 2/5 up front you will be what ppl will say is borderline for needing uca's, but if you find the truck drives fine now and doesn't wander around the hwy it should be pretty much the same after the billies in this sense, just a firmer tighter feeling ride.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Before you buy, and ask a bunch of us, call Wheelers Offroad in Oregon. They'll ask you a few simple questions and advise you on which one would work best for the kind of driving you do. They will not oversell, and they will not steer you wrong. They are the most knowledgeable shop for the Tacoma that I have dealt with. They only deal with a handful of vehicles...

i had a 3 inch spacer lift in the front and a 2 inch block in the rear and i had the stock UCAs and my alignment was fine and i had stock shocks and coils and i never topped out the rear shocks. Save yourself some money and get the billies set at 2.5 with and billies stock length rear shocks with an 1.5inch AAL. Dont worry about UCA or longer rear shocks and stuff. Its all just more money. Is it better for the truck? probably. However youre not wheeling or anything you said you just want it for looks. So youll be fine

Thanks everyone. This has been a wealth of knowledge. I will take all this into consideration and make a choice. From a first time Toyota owner I'm glad to have a good site like this with guys who are willing to help.
