Ok this is for anyone running OME Dakar leafs and either Bilstein B110 extended shocks OR Toytec BOSS rear shocks.

I have a 2008 DCLB with Bilstein/Eibach combo in the front(3") and Bilstein 5100 +TSB and 1.5" AAL in the rear.

    In about a month I am going to install Dakars/ubolt flip/brake lines/shocks.

I have searched and read as much as I have been able to find about Bilstein B110 and Toytec BOSS(not much info or reviews) I know with the B110 you need to mod your bump stops etc...

I want to know who has either set up, and what you like or dislike and why? please also post pics if you can or have any.

    Thanks in advance!

    Drew.

I just put the Toytec Boss suspension on with the Dakar leaf packs, Allpro U-bolt flip and I'm very pleased with the ride, very smooth even unloaded. Let me know if you want some specific pics.

    truck looks awesome!

if you have a pic of the leafs/shocks and what u did for a bump stop with the flip kit that would be great!?

also did you do extended brake lines in the rear?

offroad when flexed out do your bumps hit before full collapse?

thanks for your thoughts and info!

I'll get some pics of the leaf/shock for you, for the bump stop I just welded the stock bump plate to the new flip plate. Extended brake lines are my next to do on the rear, plus the cab mount chop on the front, so I haven't fully flexed it out yet. Maybe I'll see what I can do tomorrow.

Here's the U-bolt flip plate with the stock bump plate stitch welded on the underside of the overlap.

And some flex pics, unable to get anywhere near full flex.
