So I was getting my 5000 mile service done at the dealership and was shooting the shit with a guy at the service desk. They told me if they install a lift (an above coil spacer lift) then it wont void my warranty. Im thinking about just doing the front so its level with the rear. 2 inch lift. I have a 2015 DCLB and plan on keeping the stock tires. My questions are..

    1. Will this change the drive shaft angle?
    2. How will this affect handling?
    3. How will this affect MPG?
    4. What price should I expect to pay for the dealership to install this?
    5. Does this put any more wear than normal on the drivetrain?

Driveshaft will be larger angle any time there is lift in the suspension.

Lots of people try spacer lifts and find they want a better lift system later. Usually some new shocks with lift clips or adjustable collars. Since your truck has new shocks i understand the spacers suggestion.

However, when they are pushed beyond safe limits something will break.

Mpg will be marginal if any effect. Just from wind resistance.

Handling will remain the same for the most part but will have less downtravel and in some situations will become jarring before the normal susp would. Wear is negligable but catostrophic failure can occur so theres that...

Dont pay more than 2 hrs labor max. Parts should be like 100-150 bucks.

I would wait a bit and get bilsteins 5100 or 6112 to lift with a performance benefit too. Pm me and i can help you find a lift solution for your budget, or put in your vehicle info and look around our website Total Automotive Performance
