a block will not work to lower the back. you might want to try swapping out the leafsprings for some off of a 2wd non prerunner truck.

I've been searching around and I think that I could use a block to lower the rear of my 07 PreRunner.

    Guys,

I just went out an looked. Gen 2 six lug trucks are spring over axle. A block will lift the rear end. Not drop it. The blocks will only work on 5 lug trucks.

If the truck is too tall for your significant others, short of a major suspension re-work, just put some running boards on for her.

It's not that it is too tall to get in. I wish that I didn't feel like I was going to flip over in a tight turn. And before everyone starts, I needed a vehicle with 4 doors and a bed. I did not need a vehicle that could go offroad.
