I was looking at a 6" lift kit from Fabtech model K7001D with coilovers and rear shocks included. I assume that it will be better then to buy a kit w/o it, like the Model: K7000D or Model: K7000, and then buy coilovers from another company. Which coilovers do you recommend? Blistein?

If you are going to get a 6" DB kit, then yes, get the coilovers!
