help this idiot out 2wd lift on 4x4?

So I I went from the strait axle diesel rigs to my nice little taco with IFS. This is a whole new world to me, and so far pretty incompressible. I do miss having a large truck. So I decided to lift my Tacoma.

Upon my searching I came across this nice little mid travel kit(used) its on a pre runner. Is it possible to buy the correct things to make this work on my 4x4? Here's what's listed on the add. Thanks for the help guys

total choas upper arms
King 2.5 oem coil overs.
Maxtrac 4" lift spindles.
Crown performance extended brake lines

Prerunners and 4wd trucks use the same suspension. Everything but the spindles will work and that is because of the drive axles.
