I Just got my new taco! I'm really trying to get the best deal I can on my lift. I plan to use the Pro Comp 6" I really don't want to spend more then 1300 on the lift is it possible to get it for that or cheaper maybe or do I just need to bite the bullet and save longer?

For that much money you might as well go with a mid-travel Icon setup and enjoy a quality lift.

Actually, I think there was some issue on the 09's. Cant remember what it was, maybe a new traction control system that they needed to re-engineer the system to work with. It'd be best to call and double check before dumping that much coin on the kit.

You might be right cause I didn't do it yet (like my signature says:D), but i've been looking around pretty seriously about a 6" lift kit, and most of them don't fit a 2009 if the truck is equipped with the VSC system:(. They confirm at ProComp that the K5073BMX kit would fit with the VSC. Need at least 18" wheel, 4.5" of backspacing for 35" X 12.50".
