chris is on the money! mine leak,i rarely haul or carry that much weight.i was over 36 months so toyota would not do the tsb or replace rear shocks at only 37k on a 2005

popular opinion is to do the 5100's all around and that will give me a good ride. idon't
plan on doing a lift & just put new toyos on the corners. any other suggestions?

Replaceing with the 5100's will make a HUGE difference!

Isn't that where the stock front recovery points are supposed to be?

Hmmm, took my black one off & replacedthe spacers on the TRD with different bolts so it is almost touching the front bumper in the middle. Made it a little higher. Maybe I should put the black one back in under the TRD? Not muddin a lot or much at all so not thinkin it's hurtin to go without the black one.

Stock recovery points attach to the frame, not the skid.

Any advantage to upgrading to the 5100's for daily street driving and the occasional trail run over the factory TRD Bilsteins?
