popular jack to replace OEM for lifted tacos?

i know that my OEM jack will not lift my truck high enough to change the tire and wondered if you guys were using high-lift or other brand to replace the OEM one. the included tire tool will not work with my current lug nuts either. while i'm on the subject - what are you guys doing for a spare? I have the OEM one under the truck but won't i tear something up if i run it with my newer, bigger tires? can i fit a 285/75/16 under there?

On my 96 - Hi Lift & I had square tube rock sliders welded to the frame. I used the rock sliders to jack the truck up with. They were stout as hell (rock sliders that is).

 

I carry a block of wood in the rear of my truck to set my jack on. I have a highlift jack but waiting for the paint for the sliders to dry so i can mount them.

 

Oh my block is large as hell. I feel safe
