    Hey Guys,

I've been doing a little digging and keep find either a 3" or a 6" lift kit for my 2006 Tacoma. Has anybody come across a 4" lift kit?
Anyone have experience with the other kits (pros and cons of each?)

    Thanks,
    Bob

ya im pretty sure that there is no 4'' lift out there. at least listed as a 4 incher. the closest ive seen is 3.5. try going to a shop around you that specializes in lifts and see what they can do.

well..... i will say this, if you want to lift your truck 4 inches... doing a 3" lift and going from stock tires to 33's will raise another 1" or a little more, so that will give you the 4 inches.... just a thought

Thanks for all of the replies...

I am looking to jack up the Taco, 3" seemed okay, and 6" seemd a bit much. Maybe I'll just have the TSB done, then a 3" lift and some bigger tires. I'll stay away from body lifts -(I did one back in my Jeep days (3" Susp and 3"body with 35-12.50's) that thing just fell apart once I started playing with it).

So, of all the folks that have done the 3" suspension lift - what would you recommend? (Probably time for a new post).

I don't know if you have looked into it or not but my friend got 4 inch spindles put on his truck. They are made by Allied Motorsports and are they looked really well made. I think he said they ran about $1,000. I'm sure if you googled them you might for more info on it. Just another idea for you before you make a decision

I am not a lift and tire guy so this may be me just sounding stupid, but could you not just put on a standard toytec, or revtec or whoever 3 inch lift, and then put on Bilstein (5100's is it?) (the adjustable ones, I may have the number wrong) and then just dial them up a notch to get 4 total inches? Or did I just make myself sound really stupid?
