I just installed a toytec 884 spring and AAL 3 inch lift to my Tacoma and was wondering if anyone added shims to their lift to help the driveline vibrations? If you have them or not let me know and how you would rate the ride, vibration wise. I had them installed and I feel a slight vibration; i'm thinking alignment, but i'm wondering if I even needed them in the first place.

I did not install them and had some vib's but since I installed UCAs and got my alignment back in specs I hardly notice any vibs now.

Thanks for your response; I figured i wasn't the only one with vibrations after the lift. I'm taking my truck in to a shop this coming week to switch the shims out with a different degree of a shim to see if that will reduce the vibes. We're also going to take them out all together and see how that feels.

Your not paying for them to trade out shims are you?

Well I hope not, doesn't it take a few minutes to switch out?
