i was wondering if I should set my bilsteins at 2.5 with some kind of small lift in the rear to level it out or set it at 1.75 with not lifting the rear. Keep in my I have 31's so whatever you guys think would look best. Also, what kind of lift should I get in the rear? I was thinking a 1" shackle....tell me what you think and be specific about the rear lift because I want to know exactly what to get.

A 1" shackle is a good way to lift, and keep factory ride. You may want to consider an AAL (Add A Leaf) also. The 5100's are a quality way of lifting the truck. :)
