Truck looks great, I especially like it without the TRD decals on the bedsides. Might pull mine.

Regear will be the first thing. Then a matching spare tire, then some bumpers and go back and figure out how I wanna set up the suspension

I have nitro gears I would suggest east coast gear supply or give yota master a call or randy ring and pinion.

East Coast Gear Supply will help you figure out exactly what you need and they are good people to work with. They usually have the best prices as well.

Now the hard part is finding a good shop to do the work. Changing gears is a pain in the ass and you want to make sure its done right

So where is the best place to buy the pro comp lift? I've found it for $1700 but I thought I remembered looking a while back for them and found it for $1200?? Any good wearing MT tire? And I've got a very well trusted gear supplier that'll do 4.88 gears installed for $1600.

Hahaha and you've done it to 2 trucks! Any advice since you've been through the whole thing twice? I'm going to try and install the lift with my cousin and chief mechanic. My cousin has a 4 point lift at his house
