Need UCAs for SAW coilovers on 5 lug?

Total chaos has this: http://www.offroadwarehouse.com/prod...roductID/37414

Designed to work with SAW coilovers. Is replacing my uca's like this the only way to change out my coilovers or will the SAW coilovers fit / work by themselves?

Essentially I'm looking to lift up my 5 lug and put 245/75R16's on it, but I'd like to do so in a way that actually improves suspension (Crazy, right? ) so I'm trying to avoid the readylift spacer kit.
