Not great or fully extended, but it is all I got. ULK with Dakars and LR UCA's.

I have more pics, but I think you get the gist. It's not fullly extended, but it's no LT setup either. It works well for what I do. No extreme wheeling, but it does get around well both on and off the road. Oh, the tires are 285/70's.

Looks nice, Thank you Udy, your trux awesome! If only we can get some more pictures of the front flexed more, I don't doubt either kits rear capabilities of articulating, but the front. Now that is my question; which kit articulate's better? Anyone have any more action shots with the OME or ULK kit???

    3" OME lift 885s & Dakars riding on 33" KM2s
Self installed OME. OME 885s & Dakars got me a full 3" lift front & back, and a great ride on & off road. 255/85/16 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM2 (same diamiter as 285/75/16 or 285/70/17).

Most of the flex will be in the rear unless you remove the swaybar. Not fully extended just a baby flex on a hill just north of my house.

    more good pics thx.
to be honest it looks like it is going to come down to price difference between the two kits as the deciding factor

You will be able to get the OME set up in Canada cheaper than getting the Toytec stuff shipped and paying duty on it .

Check out OUIPAC for ARB stuff in Canada , lots of other Canadian members got their stuff from them .

I did NOT install the kit myself. I would have but it was winter and I do HVAC so there was no time to do it myself. I had it done by a shop who's owner is a customer of mine. We traded labor. I did some heat runs to 3 bathrooms, his office, the waiting room and the shop area, and he did the install of my whole kit including mounting and balancing the new Duratracs. I made out quite well with him. Since then, I have become a free advertiser for him, (I have a lot of customers in the area) and he takes care of my daughter's and wife's cars.

I think both kits are a great investment and both are quite functional!:D

So if I wanted to stick with the stock 265's with the OME kit, I would be fine? Or do I have to go bigger on the tires and have to trim?

You don't have to go bigger. I plan on running 265's with the OME kit

I would at least recomend 1 step up to the 265/75/16s. The stock size (245/75/16s for me (same height as) 265/70/16s for you) look small when you lift it.
    My commuter tires 245/75/16s

Hey, was reading through the thread, and I've been having this sagging problem on my taco. I noticed someone mentioned that OME has changed its way of producing the springs...does anyone know when they did this. cause I am not sure if i have the newer ones or not.

I don't know when it happened but they added a X to the end of the coil numbers when they did.

I've got the old ones and I'm sure I've got some sagging too. Nothing huge, but I rub more than I should.
