If you want to upgrade from what you have, just save for some adjustable coilovers. I had the ajustable bilstein shocks and OME lifts on my truck. They both were very similar in having a harsh ride and quick to bottom out.

ok so i've got to be over-analyzing this whole things, so bear with me here. i'm taking off my lift because i want to preserve the life of the truck and avoid hassles such as bad cv joint angles, vibrations, etc

ive been debating on this billy's at 1.75 with the 1.5 aal. im worried that even this small of a lift might have negative effects on my truck. the bilstein's at 1.75 im not too worried about, and where i dont have the tsb wont the aal be almost like getting the tsb (kinda) but if i get any vibrations/shudders will those negatively effect my truck or is it just annoying?

im either doing the 1.75 with 1.5 aal or im not doing ne thing at all, just getting bilsteins and returning the truck to stock height. sorry to be annoying but i want to do this right one last time, and i'm exploring all options

I'm far from an expert on this but I really don't think 1.75" front is going to create many if any problems.

its the aal more than anything that i'm worried about. like i said i dont have the tsb so the aal would be like getting the tsb, but if i get any vibrations or shudders i have to fix that, which i dont know how much if any damage or wear and tear those vibrations can do

Couldn't you just skip the 1.5 leafs in the rear and just go 1.75" on the front and level it? Or do you want some rake? You could just set the coils to about an inch and leave the rear stock or use a 1" helper spring?

where i dont have the tsb, i think that setting the bilstein's to 1.75" might give me a nose high rake. if anything ill set them to .85", but i'm not sure if ill even do that
