Shocks

is it possible to have fried my shocks by hammering over speed bumps too fast? 07 with 20k miles. just feels like the ride is stiffer and bumpier. thanks

it is always possible, my buddy did it too his jeep but the ride did not get bumpier it got soft like the old caddy's.
