Best is subjective...What are your goals and your budget for the build?? Is 3 inches the limit or just an idea??

3inches is the highest i am will to go cause i plan on prerunning it in the desert my budget is like $2000 at this point but i would rather spend the least amount of money i can on a good suspention and lift kit

Camburg Spindles, All Pro front fenders.
toyteclifts.com is $700. But if you are doing some desert stuff maybe you could look into some coilovers, uca's, and rear leaf packs. $2000 you get you close to a decent mid travel setup.

I'd say Icon coil overs, either a TC UCA or an Icon UCA, Rear Icon resivior shocks, and a Dakar Leaf Pack.
