Right on, thanx for all the help guys. I just need to adjust my coilovers a bit and get my new tires and wheels mounted then I'm all set! I took it for a quick spin last night and everything felt fine. No vibs or weird noises. The truck feels much more firm and solid. I don't know if its related to my alignment, but the few times I hit a pot hole, the steering wheel spun to the left really hard. Hopefully an alignment gets that sorted. Pics to come soon.

I hooked that bracket for the park brake up and have had no troubles? I didn't notice if mine was tight or not. I've had my dakars flexed out and no issues.

Nice, I decided to leave the bracket on for now also. Did you have any vibration issues in the rear? After driving around for a bit today, I can notice a very subtle vibration when slowly accelerating. I only lifted the rear 1.5", so I thought vibs wouldn't be a problem. I had the rear axle down pretty far, maybe its related to this? I also noticed some squeaking coming from the rear leafs. I'm going to re-torque the u-bolts and put some spray lub between the leafs, hopefully that sorts it out. Now to figure out this little vibration.

PM Chris4x4 on that vibration. You may need some shims on the axle to correct the pinion angle. He warned me about that when I did mine, but I didn't need them.

Correct. Sounds like shims are the answer. :)
