I'm currently getting ready to put a new set of adjustable coilovers on my truck and was wondering how the top of the coilover connects to the top mount. Is there something that goes between the top of the new coilover and the top mount on the truck? Or is it just metal on metal?

    Thanks!

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
all i have seen are metal to metal. shouldnt be any worry of moving/rubbing as long as they are tight
