Question Difference in UCA types: Uniball v. Balljoint

I've done my share of research on the suspension issue and found that it's a good idea to get UCAs if your lift reaches 3".

Heard about Camburg and went online window shopping. There are $400 and $700 UCAs, both from camburg. What's the difference between the uniball and balljoint? I realize in most applications you get what you pay for so there are sure to be shortcomings in the balljoint, but what are the major cons of the balljoint vs. the uniball UCAs?
