Help with UCA torque spec

    King 10" coilovers w/ resi. 3.5" over long travel kit. Factory spindles w/ ALLPRO gussets. Total Chaos tower gussets. Energy Poly cab mounts and steering rack mounts. Glassworks fenders and bedsides. Home fabbed bed cage. King 2.5x16 bypass shocks in the rear. DMZ long travel rear end. Race radio (2meter). Removed secondary carbon air filter. Exhaust dumped before the axle / no muffler. Phram fresh air cabin filter. K&N replacement filter, After market stereo, Grillcraft grill, custom fabled roof rack with 7" HID's, PRP race seats.
    Installing Chaos A-arms as we speak. I read that the long bolt which goes through the UCA and attaches it to the frame needs to be torqued to 83 foot pounds. It seems to be very difficult to move up and down when you torque it to this spec. Is that normal. Do they just need time to break in? Please let me know. Thanks

    TO ADD: Did you rub grease all over, and I mean ALL OVER the UCA bushings before installing them into the UCA?

    Thanks guys. Got everything installed and I'm loving it. Any suggestions for leaf packs. How's the icon three leaf add?

    How are the leaf springs holding up? I’m looking into the all pro 3” standard leaf pack but not sure how they hold up or if they end up sagging. I don’t do much towing weight carrying. Only a dirt bike or quad occasionally. Maybe twice a year.
