It's all in my head at the moment...
How about calling the vendor AllPro and getting them to give you the specs on the U-Bolts. Explain to them that you are still going to put the lift on using a majority of their parts but seeing they can't supply you with the U-Bolts you are going elsewhere for those. Tell them that you would like to go to a local spring shop and have a set made for you. You need measurements e-mailed or faxed to you. That sounds simple. First post, phone call or e-mail would of and should of been to All-Pro.

I just stumbled across this... a little late. But anyway, the U-bolt measurement you need for the "flip kit" is: the diameter of the axle tube, and the thread-size of the actual bolt, i.e. 3/8", 1/2" etc.

So when it says 3" ubolt, that means it will fit an axle tube with a 3" diameter. Ubolts are always too long, so don't worry about how thick the leafpack is/ or how big the lift is; you always have to cut off about 2" of the ubolt ends anyway, especially with the flip kit.

I still don't know what size you need, don't feel like frying my ass on the pavement today, but that should help someone a little in the future.
