Toytec vs Sway-A-Way coilovers

I want coilovers (im on somewhat of a budget) and i was looking at the toytec coilovers for the past month while i get the cash. but in the meantime 4 wheel parts screwed me with a grille guard and said they owe me a favor. they said they can get me Sway-A-Way 2.0 coilovers for $600 flat. they toytecs are $700. Which ones should i get? i havnt heard much about Sway-A-Way maybe someone with experience could let me know how they are? thanks in advance

 

Sway-A-Way has been around for years and make some really killer shocks. alot of offroad race trucks run SAW's. i'd go w/ the SAW's for $600 and get 4wheelparts to give you an alignment too. you plan on hitting the dirt? if so i'd see what kind of deal they can give you on the 2.5 CO's cause those 2.0's will heat up and fade pretty quick.

 

well im not doing like rock crawling or anything but i do hit trails and stuff. How quick of fading are we talking about

 

ive got saw's 2.0's they ride great for me. Saw's are rebuildable Toytec's arent

but one more concern. The spring rate on these is 650 and i heard that thats too much for an ext cab. will it affect my ride quality that much?

 

well the extra weight of the ARB bumper equals it out. I do have a grille guard so it should be fine
