    Spacer lift, bumper stickers, ejector seat, etc.
    I'd avoid the spacer lift. Many people have those and hate the ride, so I'd go with some coils or some Bilsteins for an affordable lift.

    The spacer moves the coilover down to provide the lift but does not move the bumpstops. On bumps/landing/potholes/etc. the shock becomes the bumpstop. The result is a harsh ride and a potentially busted shock. If you bust a front shock, you're dead in the water until you replace it as it's the only thing holding up the front of your truck.

    Just something to consider.
