Clunk front driver side disc after lift and uca's

Hi all,

I just installed 3" OME lift with top plate spacers along with the LR UCA's. After a week or so driving a clunk has been coming from the front driver's side brake disc area... It happens when when accelerating from a stop after having just braked or going over bumps where the front suspension flexes. Once in a while it will happen going around 15mph and it kind of sounds like i just ran over a metal grate in the street, but its the truck. It sounds like metal popping if that makes any sense. Anyone else having issues like this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

O yea one more thing, those plastic tab mechanisms that hold the front flares on, how can I replace these? I flexed the front tire and it popped the front flare off a little bit, breaking some of these plastic tabs.
