I don't know much about resiviour Coilovers??? Are they Finicky? Do you have to presure them up and down? or do you just install them and leave them like regular coilovers?

Well most of them come charged (pressured up), but if they dont a shop or a friend with a nitrogen take can fill them up for you. They are not Finicky but when revalving them they can be a PITA, but as long as you know how to put them back together right its not that bad.

    oil change...
Mine have been great. I did have to add some nitrogen to one of them when I bought it but they have been great.

they install the same as normal C/Os but you will have a mounting bracket for the resi that goes between the swaybar and the frame.
