Only slightly, you'd have to trim your front fenders a little bit. It's not a big deal at all. It's easy to cut, too.

 

if you really want to lower it you might find some help on www.xr-underground.com. they know about lowering tacomas. gotta agree tho it will look pretty crazy.

 

don't do it. i had a truck on bags and it was a cool look for a minute, but it only fit my truck cuz it was already lowered as it is. having a lifted truck with the ass dropped probably wont be as appealing

You have a couple choices. Slash your tires or put a couple of sand bags in your bed.
