post lift alignment question

i installed my 5100 lift this past weekend however i have not had a chance to get an alignment yet. i drove to eugene(about 90 miles there and back) and i did feel any vibrations or was my truck pulling.

do you think that i could make it to portland(about 150miles) there and back without getting an alignment? and even if i could would it be a good idea

Get a friend, a tape measure and align it yourself. The camber won't kill your tires as bad as the toe. A DIY alignment is easy, so save your tires from wearing down.

IMO, you'll probably be okay driving 150 more miles before getting it aligned, but I would get it done ASAP. Think about getting the lifetime firestone alignment. You can bring your truck to any firestone and get it aligned for free. i paid 150 (with tax) for mine, so as long as you get 2 alignments done, the lifetime cost has already paid for itself.
