I don't think I would feel comfortable stacking top plate spacers... just wanted to fix the driver side sag (lean)

VTaco08 - The top plates better not be thicker then 1/4 because that means you'll need extended studs.

I was refering to the spacers that came with the ome lift, if I used those I would need new struts? Pretty sure they are 1/4 inch spacers.

No worries, Yes you can use the 5mm trim packer on one side for the lean. I bought the struts off a guy on TTORA already assembled. I was out of luck because he didn't install the packer. It's all good, I'll get a 1/4 TP spacer and call it done!

Are your OME struts already on the truck? the 5mm packer goes on the lower spring seat...

Negative, not on the truck yet I was just wondering so that when I order the lift I can have it done in one shot. So I can put the 5mm trim on as well as the 1/4 inch spacer to get the lift I'm after? Sorry to keep picking just trying to do it right. Thank you, you have been a huge help.

VTaco - If you are getting OME 9000 Nitrosports paired up with OME coils I would sugguest having them install the 5mm trim packer on one of the struts to fix the lean. You don't need a 1/4 top plate spacer as the trim packer will be fixing the problem for you. You'll definantly be one side higher then the other if you decide to run 5mm trim packer + TP spacer. This probably what you wouldn't want. No problem always here to help. I hope you understand what I explained here :)

    Toyota's are awesome
They work on the OME shocks only and they are only for the front.

The 1/4 spacer that i posted earlier in the thread will with on the Bilsteins.
