Input on lift needed!

What do you guys think of this lift? Yeah I know it is a spacer lift and the bad wrap that they have... Just read the description at the cite and let me know what you think.

if your going with a spacer, no, then look into revtec or something. lots of people run them and love them

 

I think it sounds like a good lift. Regular spacer lifts are decent to imo ya they ride stiffer and are not on the good list on this forum but they are inexpensive and provide room for bigger tires.

 

do you want the lift for looks? bigger tires? offroading?

 

it is mostly for looks and stuff. The only wheeling I will be doing is chasing old Whiley White Tail on logging roads and stuff like that.

 

Get a 3 inch revteck then pritty cheap and you will get the looks you want.

 

I don't think spacers are bad at all. They are the cheapest way to get the aggressive look on our trucks. However, if you decide that you want to go off roading it might not be such a great idea. Just my two cents!

 

I'm just worried about the poly spacer with the revtek and it squishing, lol

 

would I get a better ride maybe if I added 5100's also?

 

My uncle has it on his 04 and has had it on their for 5 years and still looks great and is in perfect condition I checked them out a couple days ago.

Ok.... so if you were going to recommend me something what would you go with? And keep in mind I'm a poor collage kid and would need to have it installed because I don't have any tools and either do any of my amigos.

 

See if there's any TW members in your area to help you out with the lift install...
I think that lift will be okay..it seems solid. I got my lift from www.fatbobsgarage.com for cheap

 

what I like about the LRO kit is how the rear blocks have a 3.5 taper to them for drive line angle

 

is having that taper common with rear blocks
