I doubt this will help, but here's what mine look like. Everything on my alignment is within spec. 0 toe 0 camber 2.1 caster.

Thanks for the pics guys...fixin to do these this weekend & I woulda had them a notch too far towards the rear of the wheel well from the looks of the pics. I'm gonna do mine the same way as y'alls. I will concur that in all of the adjustment setting pics on the install sheet, the round edge always points in and the stud of the ball joint is what moves forward or backward to regain or lose more of the caster setting depending on which way they are rotated.

Yep, Numbers look good. Caster is high but that is fine. Both Camber settings are a little positive but are both within spec.

If you are unable to adjust the caster any further, you need to set the UCA's to -2.0. However, I went with 285/75/r16 tires and I have the toytec 3" lift and have mine set at zero (SPC logo sticking out and the rounded part pointing at the truck). I would say that your alignment shop is the one that is having the issue. Our trucks have one adjustment for camber and caster if I remember right. When you adjust one, it will affect the other so they have to settle for as close as they can get. How ever, the LR UCA's can adjust for camber. so they can crank on the factory adjustment to get the caster where you want it and make up for the camber being off by loosening the nut on the ball joint of the UCA and adjusting it there. I went through this same thing when I got mine aligned. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you out with on this.
