Whats your budget, and use of the truck? Thats the two things that will tell you how to lift it.

Also, I haven't heard of a 5" lift for these trucks. Are you sure you don't mean 6" which can get quite pricey and involves a lot of work on the truck.

For Off Roading your not gonna want much more than a 3" lift.

If your on a budget: Toytec 3" lift kit with OME Coils
Unlimited budget: Icon Coilovers and a custom leaf pack
