    pretty much what the title says i just ordered them from downsouth motorsports and am just making sure i dont need a lift to run them??

    No you dont need a lift. I would run the fronts at .85 to level out the truck. Mine are set at 2.5 and they still ride great.

    would these be good if i just wanna get a little bit more clearance? and are they easy to install? do they really enhance the ride quality? and how much do they bring your mpg down?

    They add a much more stable feeling to the ride. A little stiffer but in a good way. Im really happy i got mine. No idea about gas mileage:confused:
