will 2nd gen bilsteins and coils fit on a 1st gen?

I found an ad on CL for 4 stock bilsteins and 2 coils off a 2010 tacoma. The guy says they only have 2000 highway miles on them and no off road time. Will these fit on my 02 tacoma and would they be better? I have 120K on my stock shocks with 3" spacer in the front and 2" shackles in the rear so they have been a bit maxed out for a while...
