Recessed Uniball spacers

I'm sure many of you seen many new UCA with the recessed spacers compared to the high misalignment spacers. The best example is for the 05+ tacoma that camburg makes. This got me thinking to want to fab up a lower uniball so I wouldn't have to deal with a possible future breaking of my ball joint. Anyone see these spacers for sale alone? Also if avail in an 1" instead of 1.25" uniball would be great for my application. I'm sure they aren't cheap but better than pulling apart my front suspension.

If you want to make tham yourself, get ahold of Aurora. They are the majoir Uniball supplier to most companies.

Yeah I'm trying to do that with my J&D LT kit. Only thing I have is a clearance issue with the spindle and that recessed spacer would solve that issue. Still having a hard time finding a website for Aurora uni-balls. I'll be making some calls to a few shops and see if that goes anywhere.

Has anyone found a source for these recessed spacers?

I'd call Camburg or Icon. I believe these spacers are just chromoly tubing that is shaped on a lathe. I put this project on hold and just carry spare ball joints with me, but considering to go back to making a uniball conversion again once I get a stronger spindle.
