I'm thinking about getting an ARB front bumper for my truck, but I need to know if this will cause the front end to sag. I don't know how much the bumper weighs but it has to be more than stock. Would I need to upgrade the front springs on my truck so it still sits properly? If so, any input on what springs I should get? I don't plan to lift the truck, stock is fine for me.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
the weight of that bumper will sag it a lil bit, but i dont think its that much...u might wanna throw it on there and see how it ends up and either add spacers or stiffer springs depending on what u see

preface - i know we have different generation trucks

I put my arb on before i upgraded my suspension...i experience no sagging and no front dive while braking...at least not any more than normal

the 1st gen ARBs prob weigh around 85 pounds or so...your real weight gain comes when you add the winch

i was able to install the thing myself...its very manageable...

I wanted to ask you If your fab sliders are custom built. I have the same truck and I am looking for fab sliders and I like yours so i wanted to ask you if you could tell me were u got them. I happen to be a gamecock fan and we both know they are better than clemson so hopefully this dosent stop you from helping me. I am from rock hill I saw that u were from sc and a clemson fan while i was looking at your truck..

I saw and ARB on a stock truck and the front didn't look sagged compared to stock one. Not sure if it changed handling tho.
