I've already bought a 3" lift kit (Toytec OME3-05-AL) in 2007, but due to work outside the U.S., I've been unable to install. I've been doing alot of reading on the need for UCAs to correct the issues with alignment after the lift is installed. I was looking at Toytec's website today and saw they had a set of Light Racing UCA's that are considerly less expensive then the other brands. Is this a quality brand? What would you recommend? I don't off-road much at all, infact I only drive the Tacoma very 6 months for a 2 week period of time, so it's more for looks than really driving off-road. Also I'm looking for shop in Lancaster County, PA who can install the lift and UCAs for me. Thank you for your help.

the LR UCA's reuse the stock ball joint instead of a uni ball like camburg, and TC.

they are more intended to correct alignment and not so much increase off road performance.

it sounds like they are the right choice for you. PM toytec and they will offer you a TW discount

I have LR UCAs on my 98. They are for adjusting caster on lifted vehicles.

A uni-ball UCA will help more with articulation for off road.

If you truck wanders and you want to fix this go with the LR UCAs.
